I had a excellent experience here today. Alex was so helpful, courteous and has exceptional customer service skills. The boys in the factory were polite and helpful and did my Tyre change quickly so I wasnt waiting around for long. And their price was hugely competitive. I highly recommend!
Very disappointed in this bridgestone, had a screw in a tyre and took it in to get repaired, a $35 charge, left the car there for an hour and came back, thought it was all repaired but then had a tyre that was on the back seemed to be going down so went and checked tyre pressure in all tyres and find the one that was down was actually the one they were meant to fix and had actually only took the tyre from the front and put it on the back, no repair done at all !! How do I know this, I took my car to Bob Jane and explained all the above and asked if they could check all my other tyres for a plug, which should have been in another tyre had bridgestone done the repair, but NO there were no plugs in any of the tyres. My partner went to see Alex and he couldn't have cared less and was not willing to reimburse the money spent on a repair that was NOT done ! I'm all for keeping it local and using a local business, but I won't ever use bridgestone Yarrabilba again! Really disappointed!
These guys are fantastic so very knowledgable about cars and the best part is that they don't rip you off. Friendly, honest, reliable & a great team! Won't take my cars anywhere else now!
What a joke dealing with jamie and Alex at bridgestone yarrabilba keeping a car for 4days just on a crank sensor fault and charge threw the roof no communication to myself or even to other work colleagues to pass on messages on what's going on with your very pathetic boys stay with changing tyres cos mechanical work are not your best attribute.Very disappointing.My opinion to others if you have a performance vehicle or just the wifes run about go somewhere else cos you need really deep pockets full of cash to use these guys
Being a single mother i received Friendly service and affordable prices and they were helpful on explaining what i needed and what I was paying for.. I will be taking my car back in the near future. Thanks to Jamie and the team job well done
