Every single time I make an appointment I have to sit and wait well over 45mins sometimes over an hour. Absurd since I have an appointment.. when you do most of the doctors are fine but some rush you through because they are running late. Very rarely can you get an appointment on the day you call and they have disabled online booking. Frustrating!!!
Just have this place a call to talk about seeing the paediatric specialist it has advertised on the door and the lady never listened to me straight off, then told me theres no paediatric specialist even when I asked why it says it on the door said maybe one of the doctors had paediatric experience but couldnt be sure then just hung up? Definitely wont be going here at all obviously but theres no need for that manner and maybe have it clear if you advertise things what it means
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Imran Khalid as he bulldozed through a stack of paper work that would make other doctors cringe. With only hours notice he made extra time so he could fill out medical forms for 2 of my children and made sure they could be lodged by my deadline. He was punctual, attentive and very professional. he makes you feel secure. Not many GPs do that. I simply cannot recommend him enough.
I have been seing a lady Dr for the past few weeks as I have 3 torn tendons in my elbow, unfortunately I ran out of pain killers and my usual Dr was not available. I saw a male Dr for a repeat but was told as he doesnt know me he wont give me prescription, I can understand his side but with my injuries on screen right in front of him one wonders. Guess I have to wait for an invite to his bbq for him to get to know me better
